As a construction/project manager our role is to select and manage subcontractors throughout the entire duration of the project. We act as the owner’s advisor and representative, managing all aspects of construction. We work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to coordinate a seamless end result. Our objective is to achieve timely completion and to stay within the specified pre-determined budget for each project.
